1、Rubisco抗體

Rubisco(核酮糖-1,5-二磷酸羧化酶)是光合作用中決定碳同化速率的關(guān)鍵酶,同時(shí)也是植物光呼吸的關(guān)鍵酶。從紫色細(xì)菌到植物,它的同源性已經(jīng)得到了證實(shí),并且由兩個(gè)蛋白質(zhì)亞基組成,每個(gè)亞基有8個(gè)拷貝。在植物和綠藻中,大亞基(~55KDa)由葉綠體rbcl基因編碼,小亞基(15kDa)由核rbcs基因家族編碼。Agrisera的Rubisco相關(guān)抗體已驗(yàn)證可與多種植物和藻類(lèi)有反應(yīng)性,如擬南芥、芹菜、青蒿等。
